John W. (Bill) Overbey has been working with land owners in the Foothills of North Carolina since 1984 in the forestry and surveying fields.  In 2007, he expanded his business to include real estate in order to fully serve his customers.  He proudly serves the Foothills of North Carolina and surrounding counties in their land, real estate and forestry needs.
